We are so happy to have this kind old mare here at Summerwood. She is sweet and loving and endlessly patient with her babies and with people. She consistently passes these important qualities on to her babies, as their trainers have reported them to be very trainable. She has had many successful offspring, including several that have qualified and competed at Pony Finals. She is the dam of at least 10 ponies, most with the Hillcrest prefix. Her sire needs no introduction, as he sired many, many successful hunter ponies in his lifetime. Her dam comes from the famous Farnley Farm in VA, and is

a daughter of Downland Drummer Boy.

Angel's daughter Hillcrest Blue Halo sold at the 2008 AHPC sale for $42,000. She was the highest selling small in the sale.
